Yoga truly is a journey all of your own. The word "yoga" means "to yoke/union". Yoga is a breathing practice first, a physical practice second. We "yoke" or bring harmony between mind and body and we do this with our breath!
Yoga is about balance, a union of opposites, that asks tightness to bend and softness to be strong. It challenges the limits of the mind and the body and encourages you to expand your field of awareness.

I believe in making the tools of traditional yoga accessible for all different shapes, sizes, ethnicities and ages. Our classes create the space for you to delve deeply within and experience firsthand the transformative power of yoga -- transforming every aspect of your life on and off the mat.
